This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for all ticket purchases made through MuayTix.com

1. Who We Are
MuayTix Ltd is a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC865349), with our registered office at:
Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP, United Kingdom.

We operate as an official online ticketing partner of Rajadamnern Stadium, Bangkok

All bookings and refund processes are handled under the policies set out below.

2. Booking Confirmation

All bookings made through MuayTix.com are confirmed instantly once full payment has been processed.

Tickets are sent digitally via email and WhatsApp within minutes.
If your booking is made outside our operating hours (10:00–17:00 Bangkok time), it will be processed at the start of the next business day.

3. Refund Options

We offer two types of booking options during checkout:

A. Standard Booking
(Non-Refundable)

  • This option provides the best value for guests who are certain of their attendance.
  • Once confirmed, these tickets cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed by Rajadamnern Stadium or its promoters, you will automatically receive a 100% refund from MuayTix — no action required.
B. Refundable Booking
(Enhanced Refund Terms)

For added peace of mind, customers can upgrade to Enhanced Refund Terms at checkout, powered by Protect Group (Refundable.me).

  • The upgrade cost is 8% of your booking total.
  • Refundable Bookings are eligible for a 100% refund if you are unable to attend due to a covered circumstance listed in the Enhanced Refund Terms.
  • This includes:
  • Illness or injury (including Covid)
  • Family bereavement
  • Flight disruption or public transport failure
  • Severe weather or home emergency
  • Jury service, workplace redundancy, or military recall
  • Refund claims are managed directly by Protect Group, not MuayTix.
  • You can apply for a refund up to 60 days after the event date using the link provided in your confirmation email.
  • All approved refunds are paid directly by Protect Group to your nominated bank account.

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly altered by the organisers:
  • You will receive an automatic 100% refund for the affected ticket(s).
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • No processing fee is charged by MuayTix.

5. Payment Methods and Refund Timeline

All refunds are issued in Thai Baht (THB), matching the original transaction amount.

Your final refund amount may vary slightly due to exchange rate changes or card provider fees outside our control.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your refund reference number and expected timeline once the refund is initiated.

6. Proof of Refund
Every refund is accompanied by a refund confirmation email containing:
  • Transaction reference
  • Refund amount (in THB)
  • Payment method
  • Processing date
  • Expected time to appear in your account
You may use this as proof of refund for your bank or insurer if required.

7. Insurance Support for Non-Refundable Tickets

If you purchased a non-refundable ticket but need to file a claim through your travel insurance, we’ll help you.

Upon request, MuayTix can provide:
  • Official cancellation confirmation
  • Proof of purchase and non-refund status
  • Any supporting documentation required by your insurer

8. Exceptions

Refunds cannot be issued if:
  • You purchased a Standard (Non-Refundable) ticket and do not hold Enhanced Refund Terms.
  • You made an error in booking or no longer wish to attend.
  • Your refund request falls outside the permitted eligibility conditions of Protect Group.
  • You fail to provide required supporting documentation to Protect Group.
9. How to Request a Refund If you selected Enhanced Refund Terms:

  1. Open your confirmation email.
  2. Click the “Apply for a Refund” link.
  3. Submit the short form and upload any required documentation.
  4. Protect Group will review your claim and contact you directly.

If you did not select Enhanced Refund Terms:
Refunds are only available if the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser.
