MuayTix is an independent ticketing platform officially partnered with Rajadamnern Stadium.
We provide same-day and advance tickets for live Muay Thai events, with instant booking confirmation and paper-free delivery.

All tickets are for live Muay Thai events at Rajadamnern Stadium, Bangkok.
Bookings are confirmed automatically once payment is successful.
E-tickets are delivered via email and WhatsApp within a few minutes of confirmation.
Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and seat category shown.
Tickets are non-transferable and subject to ID verification at entry.
Bookings made outside our operating hours (10:00–17:00 BKK) are processed the next working day.
Same-day bookings made close to event start time are prioritised.

e offer two clear options at checkout:

• A. Standard Booking (Non-Refundable)The most affordable option.
• Once confirmed, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, a 100% automatic refund will be issued.
• B. Refundable Booking (Enhanced Refund Terms)Available for an additional 8% of your booking total.
• Provides full refund eligibility for a wide range of unforeseen circumstances, including:
• Illness or injury (including Covid)
• Flight disruption or public transport failure
• Family bereavement
• Severe weather or home emergency
• Refunds are managed directly by Protect Group (Refundable.me), not MuayTix.
• You can apply for a refund any time up to 60 days after the event using the link in your booking confirmation.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Rajadamnern Stadium or its promoters, you will automatically receive a 100% refund.
No action is required.

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise noted.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and we do not store your card details.
International cardholders may experience slight differences between purchase and refund amounts due to exchange rates or bank fees.
We always refund the original THB amount paid.

Your ticket will be sent via email and WhatsApp.
You must present your e-ticket (digital or printed) for entry.
Lost ticket? Contact our support team and we’ll reissue it within minutes.

Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.
Providing false or misleading information may lead to ticket cancellation without refund.
Abuse or fraudulent use of the Refundable.me system may result in permanent account suspension.

MuayTix is not responsible for any costs related to travel, accommodation, or visas.
Fight cards are subject to change without notice due to athlete availability, medical checks, or regulatory decisions.
Our total liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.

MuayTix complies with the UK GDPR and Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
We only use your personal information to process your booking and communicate relevant updates.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes relating to in-stadium attendance will be subject to Thai jurisdiction where applicable.
