Ticket Dispatch
Tickets are normally dispatched within 60 minutes during office hours of 10am - 10pm Bangkok time.
Bookings recieved out of hours are dispatched between 10am and Noon. Our Support team operate 7 days a week.
Tickets are sent to the email you supplied with your booking. Most ticket emails land in your inbox, however if you do not see your tickets on your inbox, please check junk/spam folders where you should be able to locate them. Search 'muaytix' or 'muay thai tickets' inside your email platform to help you locate them.
